“ONE WITH ETERNITY: YAYOI KUSAMA in the Hirshhorn CollectioN”

The Hirshhorn Museum and Sculpture Garden is debuting “One with Eternity: Yayoi Kusama in the Hirshhorn Collection,” a focused look at the celebrated artist’s nearly seven-decade long career. Presented nearly five years after the Hirshhorn’s milestone exhibition “Yayoi Kusama: Infinity Mirrors,” this exhibition showcases Kusama’s work from the museum’s permanent collection, featuring two recently acquired Infinity Mirror Collections.

Two separate exhibitions currently running consecutively at the Embassy of Sweden. Her rights! Money, power, and autonomy explore the ways in which women’s economic equality and autonomy are connected to, dependent on, and a prerequisite for all other aspects of gender equality. It charts the history of Sweden’s efforts to strengthen gender equality through progressive policies and legal reforms and highlights women pioneers, business leaders, and entrepreneurs. The exhibition is produced by the Swedish Institute and will be on display in House of Sweden through March 2023.
